Sunny room available in Kilbirnie Rent including expenses is 234.50 per week. I’m moving overseas so my room is up for grabs in an awesome house with a balcony and view of both Lyall and Evans Bay. (There’s also a hot tub.) There’s a kitchen/dining area as well as a separate living room with a heat pump and TV where we sometimes have a film night together as well. We got a new shower in Feb with amazing water pressure. We have a separate washing machine and dryer under the house. The house has heaps of storage, a big basement under the house and a front and back garden. The room is available from 29th of July and I’m leaving my furniture behind at no extra cost. All four bedrooms are upstairs. The bond is $900. The house is in an excellent location on a quiet road: · 10-minute walk away from shops including Pak N’ Save · 5-minute walk away from the bus stop, with routes 3, 4, 18 and 20 which get you into town in 15 mins. You’ll be living with three other women (27, 31 and 33), who work in translation, hairdressing and administration. We have the occasional dinner party but keep it calm during the week. All very social and like the house to feel like a home. Preference for over 25’s :)
