Gwenville is a beautiful 3 character home with 2 bathrooms.
The available room has an ensuite and opens directly onto a big deck overlooking Kelburn and out to the harbour. The room can be furnished (as pictured) or unfurnished - it’s up to you!
The house is a beautifully-maintained character villa, tucked away at the end of a quiet street. We have a big deck with a beautiful view northeast over Kelburn and out to the harbour (and the Tararuas on a clear day), a huge lawn, and an off-street carport currently occupied only by my little scooter. The house has ducted central heating and is bathed in sun from morn ’til eve (when it’s out).
We’re near two bus routes and walking distance to Kelburn village, Vic Uni, Zealandia, the Botans, trails in all directions, and native birds everywhere.
The room is 330/wk, and bond contribution is $926.66. We each pay $30/wk which covers energy, internet, & communal supplies year-round.
