Looking for a full time working single or couple of similar ages who are clean, tidy and friendly to move into a fun easy going house.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom with a seperate toilet. Big section with good shedding and secure off street parking. The room is a sunny decent sized double room with good storage. Room can be fully furnished if need. House is located in St Leonard’s on a nice quiet street close to Hastings Hospital and walking distance to town.
$250 for a single $400 for a couple
Power, internet and gas split evenly at the end of each month. This is not a party house and no smokers or drugs.
2 weeks bond required.

About the roomies
My partner and I are in our mid 20s and are working professionals. We enjoy getting out and doing things, socialising but also equally love a cozy night in.
We have 2 cats and a chocolate lab so mustn’t mind living with animals.
