We are on the lookout for a clean and tidy full-time working professional to fill one of our rooms that will soon be available.

The room is on the upstairs floor of a large house with ample living space. Downstairs has a modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area adjacent to a separate lounge. There’s also another open plan living/utility room and kitchenette upstairs leading out onto a nice deck. We also have plenty of storage space.

This spacious two-level house has three single bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. One of these single rooms will soon be vacant. There is also a master bedroom upstairs (already occupied) with its own ensuite and another single bedroom downstairs (already occupied) which also has its own ensuite.

We’re in a handy location, close to Pak’n’Save, and only 7-minutes from Takapuna and the Harbour Bridge (off-peak).
