Charming Heritage home in a quaint street. The room is for you to takeover my lease which ends next January. This room can fit a double bed but I currently have a single bed in. Able to sell the bed for a small fee if you want it. The room has 2 big windows that get a lot of sunlight throughout the day. Room faces botanical gardens. A quiet area which is hidden but close to shops , dairy, bakery and restaurants on Tinakori road.
About the roomies
2 males, responsible and respectful full time workers. Both work in the city. We usually do our own thing and have a yarn once in awhile.
