I’m moving overseas so my room is up for grabs in an awesome house with a balcony and view of both Lyall and Evans Bay. (There’s also a hot tub.) You’ll be living with three other social women (27-33). Preference for over 25’s 😊. We have the occasional dinner party but keep it calm during the week. There’s a separate living room with a heat pump and TV where we sometimes have a film night together as well.

We got a new shower in Feb with amazing water pressure. We have a separate washing machine and dryer under the house. The house has heaps of storage, a big basement under the house and a front and back garden.

The room is available from 29th of July and I’m leaving my furniture behind at no extra cost. All four bedrooms are upstairs. The bond is $900.

The house is in an excellent location on a quiet road:

· 10 minute-walk away from shops including Pak N’ Save

· 5-minute walk away from the bus stop, which has access to the number 3,4,18 and 20 bus routes
