Jackson Ralph's room

This is a 1920’s spacious sunny house. The room comes with a bed and has a heat pump. Property has a lovely big back yard with an outdoor fireplace for use for any occasion.

The house is a short 5 minute walk into the CBD. We are in a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Bathroom kitchen and laundry will all be shared.

One is an early 20’s female who does shift work and has a very friendly cat named Willow.

Other is a mid 20’s Male who works full time but is on call 24/7.

Both flat mates like to stay active and have an occasional drink but are quiet and respectful of each other.
