I am looking for someone to share my lovely home and garden in Aro Valley. I will be away quite a lot of the time so you will often have the place to yourself . The house is double glazed, has heating, a wood burner, and off road parking. Close to CBD but far enough away to feel you are in the bush, this option is a real bonus. You will be someone who likes dogs, be a non smoker and will keep the place clean and tidy. THis is not a party house. The room will be available from August onwards.
