Room available on Upland road, Kelburn from 18th of August
$220 for the room and $25 for expenses per week, covers gas, internet, power and any household supplies such as rubbish bags, laundry powder, cleaning gear etc, and bond is $768
The room is bigger than the photos make it look and can come furnished if required
Super convenient location, the house is a 5 min walk to the kelburn shops, 10 min walk to Vic uni, 30 min walk to town and 3 min walk to bus stops to town aswell
The landlord is fantastic, doesn’t bother us at all and gets things sorted super quick

You’ll be living with 4 other mid 20s yo-pros/students (3m 1f), all of who are easy going, respectful and not too loud
