Double garage and plenty of on-street and off-street parking available. For garden lovers and those who enjoy growing their own food there is space for this. One room $200.00. Second (smaller room) $160.00. Second room can fit double bed but would be more practical to have a single-sized bed to accommodate a desk and other articles. Peaceful street with quiet neighbors.

Looking for sensible, non-partying roomie. Has an occupation and/or studying. Tidy person who cleans up after cooking. Doesn’t bring over people to stay the night. Pets (properly house-trained) are welcome.
