About the room
The neighbourhood is private, peaceful, with an abundance of walking and cycling tracks right on your doorstep. 5 mins from town center and 2 mins to hospital.
The house has loads of room, a toasty fireplace, high speed internet, Netflix, double glazing, night storage heating, heat pump, separate bathroom and toilet (bathroom just shared with one person) and off street parking. The double room has a built in wardrobe, room for a queen bed and office desk. A queen bed and linens can be supplied if needed.
This three-bedroom house is shared with two other flatmates and a non shedding dog. The dog is normally out when the owner is or at doggie day care.
