The Room is Clean/Dry and Warm It gets a good amount of sun light. It has a decent wardrobe
The Property has off the road parking, this will need to be discussed further in regards to leaving times in the morning. Outdoor seating shaded or in the sun We have Gas heating and Gas showers with great pressure.
We have bus stops right out front, either side of the road. We also have a gas station & a shopping centre which is not even a 5 minute walk from the house.
About the roomies
Myself & another 20yr old male live here. We are super chill , friendly love to socialize but also don’t mind keeping to ourselves. Enjoy keeping busy , and the property Clean.
