Enjoy a 5-minute walk to the hospital, UOA Grafton Campus, and Park Rd bus station (routes 70, INN, 75, 321, 966, 866). Just 15 minutes by bus to CBD Uni campuses and 20 minutes to Britomart. Grafton train station is also a 5-minute walk, with Newmarket just 20 minutes away by bus.
The room fits a king single bed, drawers, and desk, with a built-in wardrobe (1m x 60cm). All pictured furniture is available for a good price.
The flat is on the top floor, featuring a basement with a washer and ample storage. There’s also a large lounge, balcony for drying clothes, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dryer.
Rent is $235 per week, all-inclusive ($215 rent + $15-20 utilities), with utilities decreasing in warmer months.
About the roomies
You’ll share the flat with Aidan (23, 3rd-year med student) and Hannah (25, bartender/marketing student). They’re friendly and respectful of each other’s space.
