Situated 5 minutes’ walk to Mission Bay. Bus stop across the road along with a continuous service from Mission Bay. All you need are your cloths, linen, towels.

The bedsit is fully furnished including an air fryer, microwave, fridge, dinning/kitchen table, desk, chair, vanity. There’s a hutch dresser in which there is crockery and cutlery, mugs, cups, salad bowl……. basically everything you will need. There are two large cupboards in the lower half of the dresser to keep your dry goods. Only suitable for a single person, the bedsit includes a king single bed. You will have the exclusive use of the front garden and access to a washing machine. The bathroom is shared as are the washing up facilities. The flat is shared with three others. We have two cats.

I share the flat with my daughter who is a student and her partner who is a teacher. I work in administration. I have a property out of Auckland and spend most weekends there. My daughter and her partner live between his mother’s house and our place. It is a family flat with two kitty cats.
