I have 1x double room for $275 per week or if a couple $325 per week. This includes wi-fi, and reasonable use of power and safe off-street parking. Kitchen space, laundry, separate toilet. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has been fully renovated. Rooms can be either furnished or unfurnished. References and 2 weeks bond required plus one week rent in advance.
