Hello! My partner and I are looking for someone to fill our spare room. Rent is $350 incl. expenses.
The house is fully furnished with a modern kitchen and living area. Recently renovated inside. Can provide bedroom furniture if needed or bring your own. Off street parking is available. Bus stop is a short walk, would say about 3 to 5 mins.
About the roomies
I work in the city and my partner runs his own plumbing business so we are pretty busy during the week. We have a shared office so there is a space to work from home.
We are chill but social so looking for someone similar. Preferably someone in their late 20s/early 30s.
We have a springer spaniel, he is very friendly so must be okay with animals.
