I am looking for 2 flatmates to move into a 3 bedroom flat for 2025. My current flatmates have lived here for many years and have decided it is time to move on. The flat is located on Russell Street, Central Dunedin. It is a great location with plenty of on street parking. The flat is very modern with a lounge, loft (currently used for storage), modern kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, an a cute outdoor area.

Rent is $230 per week with a $840 bond. The renewal starts on the 15th of January 2025 to the 15th of January the following year. (Potential negotiations with current flatmates to move in earlier).

A little about me: I am a 25 year old full time youth worker and mental health support worker, I’m very clean and ideally want people who have similar standards. I love socializing, adventures, games etc. Keen to have people who would be down for fun flat outings!
