The accommodation for rent is a self contained studio / cabin located in the backyard of the main house but completely separate with its own entrance.

The cabin is fully insulated with bi-fold doors that open onto a cozy deck and garden area, complete with a clothesline.

It has a brand new bathroom and a compact kitchenette equipped with: -Small fridge -Air fryer -Electric frypan -Toasted sandwich maker -Microwave -Jug -Toaster -Chopping board -Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils etc.

Additional furnishings include: -Built in wardrobe -Freestanding cupboard / pantry -Single bed (can swap for a double if requested) -Bedside table -Fan -Panel heater -Chair -Desk table -Wall mounted TV with aerial

The rent of $300 per week includes power, water, and unlimited fibre internet. Please note that there is no access to a washing machine, but a laundromat is conveniently located at the end of the street.

The property is a peaceful, secure, and fully fenced with a lockable gate. It is close to public transport, including bus routes and Mt Albert Train Station. While there is no off-street parking available, ample on-street parking is provided.

We are seeking a tidy, quiet, and easygoing single professional or international student. Smokers are welcome. A 1-week bond is required.
