Rent is $300/wk for the room and expenses are $30/person. Ideal for single female, single mum or a couple.
Unlimited fibre broadband, Netflix, your own fridge in the kitchen and there is a heat pump in your room plus parking at the house if you have a car. The laundry also have a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The area is very quiet & peaceful located in a cul-de-sac. We are also looking for a quiet and respectful flatmate(s) who can clean up after themselves. Bus station is 5 min walk. North Shore Hospital is 7 min drive. AUT North is 10 min drive. Milford Shopping Centre and Countdown is 5min drive. Glenfield Mall also close by.
No parties, pets, smoking, sleepovers or alcohol.
