Quiet cabin-like property in Terrace End/Hokowhitu. Two bedroom options available, one can be used as spare/storage/study space. The room is furnished with a bed and a desk and has a wardrobe. Room pictured is mine - but the rooms are nearly identical in appearance and size.

Bills are split equally each month, including power, gas, and internet. No pets currently allowed ( :( ). Security deposit is negotiable, as the full bond is already lodged.
