We would have room for a dog run, it’s a big section 12 mins to Silverdale 25 mins to Albany 38 min to cbd

current flatmates include 26yo landscaper Easy to get along with. And Owner mostly upstairs with son (16)on weekends, We have our own bathroom and kitchen so three rooms downstairs share their own bathroom and kitchen. Big house
