Looking for a new flatmate to take over a bedroom (plus a bonus art/hobby room!) from mid-October to January.

Rent: $300 per week plus utilities Bond: $1,194

Located just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, a 15-minute bike ride, or a 40-minute walk to town, this flat offers a great location with plenty of sun and greenery. The house features a beautiful view, and the room has French doors that open up to a garden filled with lovely native birds. Plus, trails to Otari Wilton and Te Ahumairangi are right at your doorstep!

The room comes unfurnished, and the extra room is spacious enough for a bed or perfect for your hobbies.

You’ll be living with two young professionals (32 and 29) and their friendly cat, Koda. We value a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle and are looking for someone who shares similar views. We’re not a party flat but enjoy going out occasionally. We also speak multiple languages, including Portuguese, German, Spanish, Canadian French, and Icelandic, and would love to add more to our mix!
