Hi there! Our lovely home in Bishopdale is in search of a new flatmate. I have decided to move to Australia so there is a fantastic room to fill from the 5th of November.

The house is $240 a week which includes all expenses, only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minute drive to uni. It’s also very easy to get a bus if you don’t drive.

The house is awesome with a large kitchen, a fireplace, a separate garage and a spare room to store anything you need! The room itself is really spacious and gets lots of sun light, it has a built in wardrobe, and as I’m moving countries, furniture can also be sold with the room if you like! You will be sharing the bigger bathroom with one other person.

You will be living with 3 amazing flatmates, 2 girls (both 21) and 1 guy (20). Who all study or work, there is a great balance of hanging out together but also respecting each other’s space and privacy. A really lovely environment to live in! No couples or pets sorry.
