House is located within walking distance to lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance and the Howick Saturday markets. Super close to countdown as well which is convenient for last minute groceries. The room itself is a good size with a wardrobe and windows which gets a good amount of afternoon sun. Shared bathroom with a couple in their mid 20s and there is a separate toilet with a basin. Unfortunately there is no space for another car in the driveway so you’ll have to park on the street. Utilities will be split 6 ways at the end of the month. Ideally looking for a long term tenant. No partying, smokers or drugs.

2 existing couples and a male. Everyone in the house mostly keeps to themselves but always up for a chat every now and then. Looking for a quiet and friendly roommate.
