About the room
We’re looking for a considerate and tidy flatmate to come live with us as sadly our flatmate of 4 years is leaving. Preferably someone planning to stay long-term.
The area is in Milford, North Shore, Auckland. Rent is 240 per week (expenses included). 2 weeks bond required.
House is 3 bedroom with 3 toilets. It’s only me and my mum living here. I work from home often so if you have shopping requiring a signature, I’ll be here to receive them. :)
The room has a king single bed provided. It also has a built-in closet.
Area is near Milford shops, New World and Woolsworth. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet.
