Room 2 $235 - large double bedroom

*Comfortably fits queen bed/desk/entertainment unit + more *1 large harbor-facing window which get good morning/afternoon sun *Central heating *1 very large double wardrobe.

House: *large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge space *large outdoor entertaining areas *tonnes of storage space downstairs (2 cupboards each) *additional spare bedroom *central heating throughout house *single garage with extra storage space *furnished with fridge/washing machine, lounge suite, entertainment unit. *1 off-street car park available **will soon have deck table and chairs/bbq for deck/courtyard area which gets lots of sun.

In the area: Very close to bus stop (2mins walk) Diary/library/fish n chip shop (5min walk) 20min walk to city 5min drive to city

Move in costs: 1 week rent in advance ($215/235) + bond ($900) + 1 week expenses ($30)

Applicant’s must be willing to sign on to lease agreement/bond.
