About the room
The room is $150 weekly. Power and Wi-Fi are shared among all flatmates.
We are looking for another flatmate for our recently renovated room with plenty of space and storage options.
The house has three bedrooms and a separate toilet. Off-street parking and garage storage are available. A bed can be provided if needed. The location is perfect for students and workers. It is close to the University of Canterbury, and Jelly Park is a 2-minute walk. We are looking for someone similar in age who is tidy, easy to get along with, and happy to live with a cat.
About the roomies
Both Flatmates are in their mid to late 20s. They are full-time workers who are very clean and easygoing.
One flatmate owns a cat called Theo, who is a super friendly indoor cat who loves a cuddle.
