I’ve got a (mostly) self contained until in my flat! The house is down a quiet driveway (we are the last house down the driveway) and has 3 stories and 3 decks. The furniture in the house is slightly different but just as nice! There is heaps of off-street parking outside the house. Newly renovated kitchen and house!

The house is located on East Coast Road, Browns Bay. We are 5 minutes from the motorway and have a bus stop right at the top of the drive!

The (mostly) self contained unit is on the bottom level of the house. It has its own entrance, and a living area, mini kitchenette, a bedroom, bathroom and another room that could either be a wardrobe or office.

Rent is $505 per week (excluding expenses - roughly $100 a month each).

Move in costs are x 2 weeks rent in advance + 4 weeks rent bond! The flat is available from the 3rd of December!

Little bit about me! I’m 24 and I work full time as an IT Recruitment Consultant. The others are both guys, one being a sparky and the other working in sports science! We are definitely not a party flat but enjoy a poker game every other week and just hanging out! We also have a flat cat called buddy who’s always keen for a cuddle!
