About the room
You have private entry to the bottom story of our home.
This consists of a fully furnished double bedroom and walk in the wardrobe with ranchsliders on the your own deck.
Your own small living room with TV DVD and chrome cast, and workstation which again has ranchsliders onto the deck.
Your own large separate kitchenette with microwave, mini oven, double element, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and kitchen equipment.
You have your own private bathroom. Please note that there is a shared laundry within this space.
We ask for no smoking or vaping within the house. We have a large garden and if you are happy to help weed and water you can share our produce.
On the deck you have access to your own bbq oven. $380 for Singles $420 for Couples.
About the roomies
We are a family of 3 with a 16 year old son and a small dog, we own the property.
