Located down a sunny and quiet street in Raureka, with a good friendly neighborhood ☀️ The hospital is in close walking distance! The bedroom is unfurnished with a large built in closet.

You will be living with myself, a male flatmate and my fluffy companion Ellie 🐶 we are both in our mid-late 20s - both sociable but also like our own space and quiet time!

Rent is $240 per week. This also covers reasonable use of power, wifi, gas and basic shared household necessities. A $400 bond and one week in advance is required before moving in!

Myself I’m mid 20s. I generally keep to myself and always keep my house tidy. I can’t handle a messy or stank home. My spare time I’m usually doing DIY, otherwise I like adventuring and socializing when the social battery allows for it 🔋 I also have my little fluffy companion with me 🐶 Ellie the spitz! she’s super friendly and loves to play.

My other flatmate is a male also in his mid 20s. Very kind, is usually out and about most days!
