Jane's room

The house with garden is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Isel Park, the shops and bus stops. Parking is on street and you can use a spare bicycle. The house has a consented fireplace, is fully insulated and smokefree. The room gets sun in the morning to early afternoon. It comes furnished, but there is also storage in the garage and in the attic, if you like to bring your own furniture.

You will be sharing the house with me, the owner (woman 53 years), and potentially one more flatmate. The room will suit best to an adult, independant woman with a regular income who is tidy, reliable and has experience with sharing a house. Since I am working from home, it would work best, if you would spent time during the week at a work- or studyplace. I am an active morning person, who tries to live sustainable is covid vaccinated, loves gardening and the outdoors.
