Hi! The 3 of us are young professionals all working full time in various areas. We are looking for a 4th flatmate to move-in with us. The house is in the centre of ellerslie right by shops, cafes, bus stops and 5 minute walk to the train station. The house itself is 2 stories and quite big! The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 1 full bathroom and the kitchen, another full bathroom, lounge, dining space, and an office are downstairs. Theres also a double garage with plenty of space for parking. We are all really chill and enjoy hanging out in common spaces but respect and enjoy our own space. Not a party flat but enjoy having a few friends over occasionally. Rent is $205 p/week (household necessities included) and bills (Power, wifi and water) get split at the end of the month. Bond will be 770! The room has a queen bed and 2 bedside tables with a built in wardrobe! It can come furnished or empty! It gets lots of sun and is carpeted. Around our age (mid-early 20s) but not too fussy. Someone friendly, respectful, tidy and who likes cats! We also don’t have parties, sometimes our friends over for drinks and are fine with other people over.
