Wonderful sunny home in Northcross looking for another awesome female to join us. North facing decks and sun all day- looking forward to an amazing summer here. Our wonderful home sharer is moving so we have space for another amazing female to join us. Currently 2 mature females and the male of the house, little Charlie dog – 15yrs old Cavoodle who loves everyone (yep not a guard dog!!) House, kitchen and deck is fully furnished for you to enjoy. Includes a huge bbq and a shaded area on deck. Bedroom includes Q bed, dresser and a built in wardrobe. Share bathroom with 1 other female. All mod cons, very secure and a delight to live in. This is not a party house, but house friends more than welcome to invite family and friends to visit and enjoy the space. Large TV with Netflix etc. Great stereo too if you like your music. Bus stop outside house to Albany and Browns bay, and takeaways a 3 walk away. Off street parking. This is our home – not a flat. We like the shared space to be clean and tidy and we share the chores.
