Rent is $270 a week, this is the only bedroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is all yours, we only rarely use it if we’re downstairs as the three girls upstairs have their own bathroom. The attached garage is also available so you will have off street parking. Massive lounge & dining room furnished for entertaining.

Power/wifi/gas & rubbish bin bills are split evenly at the end of month. Bond is $527.

Looking for someone friendly, tidy & pay bills on time. Located near the hospital.

There are three girls living upstairs, one is a student & two work full time. No pets sorry as we already have a friendly three legged cat. We all keep to ourselves but are friendly & will have a chat.
