Its a 3 bedroom house, with myself as owner/occupant, in a quiet street ( in one way part), on a hill, but ok for biking, & not far from bus stops, 5-10mins from supermkt, hospital, city, beach. The carpeted room for rent is a large room downstairs, with separate access possible via a deck, and steps (sensor lighting availalble). and with a large storeroom next door. Outside the room is a lawn, trees & vege garden. The room has a settee & a chair, coffee table if wanted, but otherwise unfurnished, with plenty of room for a queen bed, etc. Toilet, bathroom, kitchen & laundry are upstairs, as is lounge with woodfire, outside clothes line to share. There is a long single carport down a sloping drive, so cars would need to ‘shuffled’, or parked on the road.
