A rustic two bed country cottage in a peaceful location, with cottage gardens front and rear. Great place for growing vegetables, flowers and herbs. ðŠī ðŋ ðŧ 30 mins by car to Dunedin. Open plan lounge diner with wetback log burner. Laundry with auto WM, good size bathroom, shower over bath and a small adequate kitchen.
About the roomies
Open to all enquiries. Prefer someone independent with a mature outlook. A friendly little cat is in residence, but she is fine with other well behaved pets. I am mainly working from an office at home.
