• Move-in date: Flexible, available now. • Term: Long-term contract until April next year (or you’ll need to find someone to take your place). • Flatmate: You’ll be sharing with Nati, an Argentinian girl who is super friendly and respectful. • Fully furnished: The apartment and the room are completely furnished—just bring your suitcases!
Price: • Single: $260 NZD + bills • Couple: $340 NZD + bills • Bond: $1,040 NZD
Bills: • Cold water: Free • Hot water and electricity: Approx. $50/month Rent is paid weekly to the property management, and bills are paid to Nati, who ensures everything runs smoothly.
