In the middle of Grey Lynn, 2 minutes walk to Grey Lynn Park, less than 10 minutes walk to Ponsonby/K’Road or Grey Lynn shops and cafes and less than 4 minutes drive to the motorway onramps.

Room 1: Private entrance, queen size bed, drawers, mirror and wardrobe.

Room 2: Large north facing window, king size bed, drawers, mirror, wardrobe (Pictures to be updated with different furniture).

If you prefer, I can swap out the bed for two singles.
