Dee's room

Hi All! We have one room available from 10th of Feb on The Terrace. This room has been my home for 2+ years and I have greatly enjoyed my time here, and I know someone else will have just as lovely a living experience a I did. Very central location, just around the corner from Vic uni and 5 mins away from Dixon St, Willis and Lambton Quay - ideal for students or those working in the CBD.

3 bedroom flat which has a nice lounge, roomy kitchen and comes with a separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, individual heaters, heat pump and so on.

The room is of a decent size, double bed, desk and chair or drawers all fit comfortably with enough room to walking around. The room also gets good morning and afternoon sun through a tall window.

The remaining flatmates are two chill yopro females. Not a party flat and we are looking for someone quiet and respectful.

Looking for a student or full time worker, preferably female however this can be negociated with the remaining flatties.

Rent is $215 per week, bond of $400 + two weeks rent in advance, utilities costing roughly $20 per week. Household expenses are $15 per month per flatmate.
