The entire downstairs is itโs own space with separate entrance, iving area, Bathroom, Outdoor courtyard and bedroom. The kitchen & Laundry is shared upstairs with one other flatmate. Big shared Gardens, lots of common areas to make it feel like home, garden shed used for gardening and painting. Great home for creatives. Close to public transport, schools, beach, shops and great coastal bush walks. Plus only a short trip into town and the community is awesome.
