Your “home within a home” in Takapuna
You have two bedrooms, a walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and private access to outdoor deck and garden. All separated from the rest of the house for total privacy, with HVAC throughout.
3 min walk to Esmonde Road bus stop (15 mins into the city), 5 min walk to the beach / shops at Hauraki corner and 10 min walk to Takapuna centre.
This house has not been sub-divided, so it’s not cramped and has driveway and on-street parking.
Spare bedroom downstairs for family and friends visiting. Fully kitted out utility room (washer/ dryer/ sink) and plenty of additional storage downstairs and in the garage.
The only shared space is the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Large enough to accommodate everyone easily. We’re also happy to accommodate any furniture you have to fill any gaps left by the outgoing housemates.
About the roomies
You will be living with Brit & Joe (couple) and Matt who have occupied the upper-level bedrooms for 18 months. We’re all professionals working Mon-Fri standard hours (mostly).
We keep the place clean and tidy between fortnightly cleaner visits who take care of the bathrooms, floors and gardens.
During the week we’re generally busy with gym and hobbies in the evenings, and like to socialise at the weekends. We usually have a monthly house dinner and have people over every now and then for a movie, drinks or games.
