The rooms are furnished clean and spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, double garage, fully fenced yard, great location, close to all amenities and motorway to North and South. A short commute either to Auckland CBD or Airport.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, one room with walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
All 4 rooms are for let. Rent from $300 to $500 a week depends on single or couple living, all bills are included (power, water and free wifi).
