Situated at the top of Red Beach with ocean views, privately tucked away next to the bush. The house has recently been renovated including the kitchen, bathrooms and living space. We have ample parking and space for activities on the lawn. The house includes multiple deck areas, a spa pool, storage container with power and a 2 vehicle carport.

This room get’s lot’s of light, comfortably fits a queen sized bed, has ocean views and deck access. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person - see photos.

Currently there is 3 of us who will also be living here including one couple and myself. We’re all coasties born and raised with full time jobs. Collectively we enjoy playing music, playing golf, enjoying the simple things in life and being humorous. Upholding a clean and tidy space is imperative for us as we aim to foster a positive living environment so we can relax and hangout.
