🛏️ Great room: located on the first floor, gets a lot of natural light. The room is furnished with a queen bed and a big built in wardrobe. Shares a bathroom with 1 other person.
On street Car park is available. Rent is $240 per week, plus expenses split evenly as they come in. Bond is 2 weeks rent + 1 week rent in advance.
About the roomies
