Private sunny fully furnished room with a queen size bed and large wardrobe available to a friendly respectful non smoking individual who is working or studying. The home is warm and well maintained with an open plan living / dining space and a private backyard that is within walking distance to the back beach, dairy and bus stops. There is 1 shared bathroom with 2 separate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. You have your own fridge freezer and pantry space. Basic cleaning supplies and toilet paper are included. You are responsible for providing your own personal toiletries and food. Any streaming services are the individuals responsibility. There is off street parking for 1 vehicle. The property does not have a lot of outside storage space. This is not a party house, no smoking, no drugs or excessive alcohol consumption
