4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + 2 seperate toilets, 2 living rooms, garage, private location, safe parking, bbqs and outdoor space, and more!!

*$205 only covers rent. Additional costs are:

• $5 per week for general household supplies.
• Utility bills (variable) monthly.
• Cleaners - this is $16.88 per fortnight to clean the communal areas.

Bond is $640.

The room can come furnished with a double bed.

We are looking for a female aged 20-24 to complement the existing flatmates;

• Skye: 20yo female vet student.
• Charlie: 24yo female animal science student.
• Juliette: 24yo female who hails from Italy and is in NZ completing an internship.

We like to have lots of fun together and regularly go on little adventures and trips, and we also do flat dinners four nights of the week. We would LOVE if our new flatmate was keen to join in with this!

Unfortunately we can’t have anymore pets but you must love dogs as you’ll be sharing the home with one, Lola.
