Three bedroom, two bathroom home. Double glazed throughout. Off Street parking available. You will be sharing with my partner and I although he is only in NZ every couple of months. This is a home and not a flat. Both rooms have built in wardrobes.

Located in Stoke, 5 Minutes to hospital, 10 minutes to town. Included in rent reasonable use of utilities, general cleaning supplies & Toilet paper. Bed can be provided for short term flatmate. Fully furnished home.

We are VERY tidy and clean people and are looking for flatmates who are similar. We are home bodies who have the occasional gathering.

Wanting one full time person/ couple. One person for 5 months with the option for this to be renewed monthly.
