Alexandra's room

It is a lovely recently purchased home, with a bedroom available to rent and a large semi-personal bathroom (it has laundry in it to be used by all). The house is fully furnished with great amenities. Gigabit internet and Wi-Fi included in the regular bills. There is a large rear deck with an open plan living room and a large kitchen. There is on-street parking directly outside the house with no time limit for residents.

My partner (M28) and I (F27) are fairly introverted and a quiet couple. We often spend most evenings relaxing out with a book to read or gaming online. We are tidy and clean and both work long days so we enjoy a calm household to come back to. We are looking for a flatmate who appreciates a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere.
