Walking distant to New World, bakery, etc. Garage currently being used as storage. Plenty of roadside parking available or 1x drive way park per negotiation. Washer available. No dryer. All other appliances as shown. No pets/smokers please.
About the roomies
I am a health care worker and do shift work. I am quite chill and you won’t see me much for the next few months as I am going to do some contracts in Aussie. Make yourself feel at home!
