One double room for rent/board. Semi furnished with a double bed. Has wardrobe

We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers) we are looking to fill 2 bedrooms that are unused. We are a super laid back family quiet and keep to ourselves. Teenagers occupy our downstairs area the rooms available are down the end of the house/hallway. We have 2 older dogs (10yrs) who tend to sun bathe and sleep all day as well as 3 cats who tend to come home for dinner. We are within walking distances to the beaches of east coast bays
